About Me
I was born
in Lisbon, Portugal, on what my mom says was the coldest day of the year of
1994. As a result, cold days and warm scarves are my absolute favorite thing in
the world.
I am a
passionate and ambitious person. My all-time favorite quote is “Keep your eyes
on the stars and your feet on the ground.” because it just describes me so damn
well. I have big dreams, and I’m willing, and most of all excited, to work hard
to make them happen. And I’m happy to say I’ve already accomplished my first
big one, as you’ll read down below (hopefully).
I live in
my own apartment in Tianjin, China. I’m doing a Master’s Degree in Business
Administration, which I will put on hold for a year so I can focus on learning
Chinese. I have already studied Chinese for three years during my bachelor’s
degree, however, I never fully dedicated myself to only learning the language,
as I had to study for a bunch of other random things at the time. After that I
will resume my studies. Upon graduation, I still want to live in Tianjin. I
have no plans of ever going back. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my home country.
It’s just that I found an unreal kind of happiness in this huge and interesting
country that is China. I’m as proud to say that I’m Portuguese, as I am of
saying I love China as my second home. Who knows me well, also knows that this
has been my longtime dream, and being able to finally live it feels just
unbelievably amazing.
I came up
with this blog so I can share my views about topics such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle,
and my personal life, with someone who can relate with it. I hope every time
you read my posts I will somehow bring a little joy into your day, as for me it
is always so exciting reading about things people have in common with me.
